CAPABILITIES

We pride ourselves on being able to build shop built pressure vessels, storage tanks and other equipment from over 40 different stainless steel, nickel alloy, and reactive element materials.

FABRICATION

Our facilities are based in Springfield, Missouri, and encompass approximately 35,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We can shop fabricate equipment to the following constraints:

• 15′-6″ (4.7m) Wide
• 17′-0″ (5.2m) High
• 150′-0″ (45.7m)Long
• 30,000 lbs (13,000 kg)

 We are a self contained shop, meaning we fabricate a large percentage of our own components, including heads, cylinders, heat transfer surface, manways and fittings. This results in tighter control of parts, ensuring better quality and performance of our equipment.

ENGINEERING

 Our engineering department is staffed with experienced and capable engineers and designers. We utilize the latest versions of software for our calculations and design.

QUALITY CONTROL

We are ASME Section VIII Division 1 “U” and “R” stamp registered for the design and construction of pressure vessels. We have spent over 30 years refining our quality control system to ensure our customers receive a high quality and long lasting product.

We can perform the following  Non Destructive Examination (NDE) procedures on site as required:

• Radiographic (RT)
• Dye Penetrant (LP)
• Ultrasonic (UT)
• Hydrostatic (water fill & pressure)

• Magnetic Particle
• Positive Material Identification (PMI)
