All pressure vessels are available in any material including stainless steel, nickel alloys, and reactive/exotic metals. Our engineering staff can design your tank to withstand internal pressure to 15,000 psi and full vacuum. Seismic, snow and wind loads can also be applied. Heat transfer, insulation, and agitation can be added on nearly any design.
- Diameter up to 14 feet
- Length up to 100 feet
- Weight up to 60,000 pounds
- All stainless steel, nickel alloys and reactive/exotic metals
- ASME, UL, API and DOT codes
QUALITY CONTROL
We have developed an internal quality system that meets or exceeds the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code in every way. Our staff takes the time to put quality into every process, from concept to completion.
MATERIAL EXPERIENCE
With years of experience in challenging materials such as Hastelloy®, Monel®, titanium and other alloys, you can be assured your project will be built with quality.

Pressure vessels have been our specialty for many years. Pressure vessels can be built to a variety of sizes and can be furnished for atmospheric pressure, or designed for internal and external pressure. All materials are available including stainless steel, nickel alloys and reactive metals. Pressure vessels can be provided in many material finishes and weld finishes, from mill sheet and plate to a polished 320 grit surface and welds varying from an “as welded” condition to a highly polished sanitary, or corrosion resisting finish.
We can equip pressure vessels with numerous features and design options. Vertical designed reactors are typically the most cost effective design.
We can also design a system around your pressure vessel to include pumps, pressure/temperature measuring equipment, and lifting/filling equipment.
LETHAL SERVICE
Lethal Service “L” stamped tanks can be built to a variety of sizes and can be furnished for atmospheric pressure, or designed for internal and external pressure. All materials are available including stainless steel, nickel alloys and reactive metals. As with other pressure vessels, these can be provided in many material finishes and weld finishes, from mill sheet and plate to a polished 320 grit surface and welds varying from an “as welded” condition to a highly polished sanitary, or corrosion resisting finish.
