Our Meat/Poultry Vats are built in an assembly line process, which ensures uniform construction, as well as on time deliveries. Our Vat manufacturing area is able to handle orders up to 1000+ vats at any given time, ensuring high quality and customer service.

Custom Metalcraft standard Vats include the heavy-duty reinforced top edge. This edge has a carbon steel (stainless on request) 3/4" encapsulated rod around the top edge of the vat. This option ensures our vat will not crack in the corners, even in rough use and conditions. This design dramatically reduces the lifetime maintenance cost of the vat. Optional stacking pads can be included for our reinforced edge, and all other styles of edges.

Optional drains can be included on any vat. Our standard drain is a 1-1/4" diameter with a rubber plug. Optional drains include threaded, tri-clamp and hose barb connections. Valves can be specified, and all drains include fork guards.

Simple inverters for washing vats are available, as well as automatic cabinet style or flow-through designs. These wash systems can include steam or impingement cleaning, water/chemical recycling, and dryers.
