330 Gallon Voyager 2 Poly IBC Closure Instructions

In compliance with Title 49 CFR Sec. 178.2(2) to ensure the leakproof performance of the IBC, model #516553, the closures must be torqued to the following:

7" OD Threaded Neck	75 lb-ft (102 Nm)
2" Bung Plug in 7" Lid	30 lb-ft (40 Nm)
3" Buttress Fastener (Pallet to Bottle)	30 lb-ft (40 Nm)
2" Ball Valve to Bottle	40 lb-ft (54 Nm)
